Chris Eaton The CEO of The ILS Group, Chris is based at the company’s headquarters in the Isle of Man. He is responsible for overseeing the Group’s global activities, including implementation of the corporate strategy and vision. A law graduate, Chris is a member of the International Tax Planning Association, The Institute of Directors and The Offshore Institute. He is also a former Chairman of the Isle of Man Association of Corporate Service Providers. Karen Jones Director of Fiduciary Services and based in the Isle of Man, Karen is responsible for all client facing operations. She manages corporate and trust administration and oversees the maintenance of client service levels. Karen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. David Slack Group Finance and Operations Director David Slack, based in the Isle of Man, is responsible for internal and client accounting functions and all non-client facing operations. He is a graduate of the University of Glasgow and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Alan Cable Sales and Marketing Director’ Alan is based in London and is responsible for the company’s sales and marketing functions. He has studied law and international shipping and specialises in vessel and yacht registration. Alan is specifically responsible for servicing the UK, Channel Islands and Greek markets. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. Gwen Rubaine Managing Director of ILS Fiduciary (BVI) Limited, Gwen is based in Tortola in the British Virgin Islands and is responsible for running the BVI office. Gwen was a branch manager of Barclays Bank for 19 years and was assistant registrar at the BVI Companies Registry for four years. This gives Gwen an unparalleled experience and an all round perspective on the finance industry in the BVI. Paulo Réfega Manager of ILS Portugal and a corporate lawyer, Paulo is based in Lisbon and is responsible for the running of the Portugal office and for promoting ILS’s services throughout Portugal and Portuguese-speaking countries. Paulo also has clients in Spain and France. Aydin Kilic Aydin is the manager of ILS Turkey. He has been involved with tax planning and offshore structures for many years and has had the valuable experience of running his own businesses. Aydin travels extensively throughout Turkey and deals with a wide range of industrial and commercial clients often with sophisticated tax planning needs. Diego Martínez Director of ILS South America and a chartered accountant, Diego is based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and is responsible for the running of the South American office and for promoting ILS’s services throughout South America. Diego, who has a Masters Degree in marketing, is an experienced corporate service provider and is aware of the needs of the regional market. David Ashton General Manager of ILS Switzerland, David Ashton is based in Geneva. His prime responsibility is the development and maintenance of the Group’s client base in Switzerland. David also works with ILS’s clients throughout Europe and is closely concerned with the company’s work in Turkey and emerging markets. David is an associate of the Compliance Institute, a member of the International Tax Planning Institute and a member of the Institute of Directors. Bill Gambrill Bill Gambrill is the general manager of ILS Daman Limited. He is responsible for the running of the Dubai office and for promoting ILS’s services throughout Dubai. He assists businesses in establishing themselves in the UAE, particularly in the various free zones, which attract the greatest level of investment from foreign investors. Before joining the ILS team Bill worked as a lawyer in New Zealand, London and Dubai. Ivan Cheung Ivan is the managing director of ILS Fiduciaries (China) Limited. This company is based in Beijing with branches in Shanghai and Guangzhou. Ivan is responsible for running the China office and for promoting ILS’s services throughout China. Ivan is a marketing professional by trade and prior to joining ILS he worked as an independent marketing consultant. He has more than 20 years of working experience in China and was the first chief representative of Philip Morris in Shanghai and Beijing in the late 1980s and regional director for Riche Monde China in the 1990s. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Shanghainese and Cantonese Chinese. Kenneth Yeung Hong Kong-born chartered accountant Kenneth is a director of ILS Fiduciaries (Hong Kong) Limited. He is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the running of the office and for promoting ILS’s services throughout Hong Kong. Kenneth has more than 20 years experience in auditing, taxation, corporate finance and treasury gained in the UK, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau and China. He has worked with several major international accountancy firms and a manufacturing and retailing group listed on the London Stock Exchange. Kenneth is a Chartered Tax Advisor for the UK Institute of Taxation, a qualified member of the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Debbie Annells UK qualified accountant Debbie is a director of ILS Fiduciaries (Hong Kong) Limited. She is based in Hong Kong and is responsible for the running of the office and for promoting ILS’s services throughout Hong Kong. With more than 20 years experience as an international tax specialist, Debbie is the only overseas resident member of the Executive Council of the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation. She is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Fellow and Chartered Tax Advisor for the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation, Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Fellow of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong.
