Introduction | Information
DOMINICA

Dominica is yet another small island state which leapt into the offshore fray, but who can blame it? Like so many of its neighbours, in the past Dominica has had to rely heavily on agriculture and tourism for its economy, frequently hampered by volatile weather. Its status as an OFC is now 10 years old but its legislation is not as sophisticated as some of the more established centres. At present Dominica offers a high level of anonymity and the option of bearer shares. However, investors looking for these features must accept that gradually this level of anonymity is being phased out in most offshore territories.
