Introduction | Information
GUERNSEY

Guernsey's history as an offshore centre dates back to the 1960s when it first became a popular trust management territory. Since then it has gone a long way in consolidating its name as a key European investment centre - Guernsey is the captive insurance hub of Europe. The enactment of new Protected Cell Company and Incorporated Cell Company legislation has ensured that Guernsey keeps pace with its competitors. Investors find Guernsey extremely well regulated but far from cheap.
