With more than 20 years experience as an international tax specialist, Debbie Annells is dedicated to creating long-term strategic tax solutions for clients in personal and corporate tax matters. Debbie is the only overseas resident member of the Executive Council of the UK Chartered Institute of taxation and her qualifications include Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, Fellow and Chartered Tax Advisor for the UK Chartered Institute of Taxation, Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Fellow of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. Kenneth Yeung has more than 20 years experience in auditing, taxation, corporate finance and treasury gained in the UK, Hong Kong, France, Switzerland, Singapore, Macau and China. He has worked with several major international accountancy firms in addition to a manufacturing and retailing group listed on the London Stock Exchange. During his career, Kenneth successfully engineered specialist taxation products for the largest accountancy practice in Hong Kong, and assisted a LSE listed group to be financed and re-listed on the Exchange. Kenneth’s qualifications include Chartered Tax Advisor for the UK Institute of Taxation, a qualified member of the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers, Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of certified Public Accountants.
